A word that goes in
In the course of my career, I am sometimes asked by a candidate to "Please expedite the process so that it can be concluded sooner rather than later." Why do I make the obvious statement when it comes to not everyone who wants to drag on??
Of course, some of the big companies are progressing too slowly, and others, like I said before, are progressing too slowly because of constantly hesitant recruiters. However, that is some particular example, and most are just at a convincing general pace.
So why does he ask you to hurry up? Most of the time, because you have already passed "B" -- another company. Because you have already passed one, you are hoping that the progress you are making will be completed before the date of your employment arrives.
1. a response to a candidate's request to expedite the proceedings
However, when asked to do so, they just say "OK" and do not pass it on to the customer. For a recruiter to be able to reschedule for a candidate, it would take him or her to be almost "national treasure." If not, then the recruiter has no reason to do so. Rather, it would be nice if you didn't hear the words "If you have a problem with your willingness to join the company, don't apply."
There is no one who is " liver" and loves being "scaled." However, neither the hiring companies nor the job seekers do the same. However, with the "tea," almost everyone is "avoidable." You don't have to ask, "What's the matter with you?" Not everyone has done that when it comes to hiring and looking for a job.
2. The idea of recognizing another company when you've already passed one company
If any company passes a candidate, it will provide about a month of "time" called a "work transfer" period. The successful candidate will then notify his or her current job of "retirement," designate a successor, hand over his or her work and leave the company.
Most successful applicants often use their spare time to travel with their families or do hobbies that they wanted to do but couldn't do because they didn't have "time."
However, some people find another company with better conditions than those that have already passed, and they are back in the job market with one insurance. This is a problem that cannot be said 'bad' or 'good' because it is within one's own scope. Moreover, this behavior itself is very diligent, and in a good way, it should be viewed as a person who is very willing to develop themselves, so there are aspects that need to be viewed positively.
On the negative side, however, there are areas where you wish you hadn't done that. Because passing already means you have "dropped" all the other contenders, you may end up going to a company you won't even go to and damaging others. You can't, however, blame or blame. The reason for this is that the hiring company picked the wrong candidate with the weak will to join, and it's not your fault.
3. a headhunter's point of view
From a headhunter's point of view, such a candidate is not welcome. This is because there is a high possibility of applying for no reason, taking time, poking here and there, and then simply joining a company that has already passed, which does not help your business.
Moreover, those who are diligent and "greedy" are uneasy because no matter where they are accepted, they may have to resign before they complete their warranty period. (Warranty period is the amount of time that a headhunter recommends that a job candidate must pay back the commission he or she received if he or she is unable to work for more than a certain period of time. Typically 3 or 6 months, some customers request 12 months.)
The job market, job search and job marketplace is actually far more conservative than you might think. Because it's about people, there are too many uncontrollable variables. (Relatively speaking, "machine" work has fewer variables than "person" work.)
From that point of view, how much can you trust the other person, whether you are a job seeker or an employee? is very important. However, this act of doing another job after passing the pass may be one's right, but it is difficult to look good because it betrays the trust (passage) sent by the other person first.
4. Conclusion
Making such a request is simply "in one's thoughts." DEAR "in one's shoes" : When the other party adjusts the time and conditions in accordance with "my position", no one in the family will do so. Please note.
