A word that goes in
Let me ask you something like, "Where did you learn most of the knowledge and skills that you need for your current job?" Most people didn't learn it in school, in conferences, in books. That's what I learned from my work or from my colleagues, seniors, or team leaders. It's about people who have learned that way, but they really don't want to teach.
1. Small companies are difficult to hire.
In particular, when someone joins a company like this, it helps them adjust well first and tries to get them to do their job right away without teaching them to do their job properly. Most of them are "small companies" that don't have a lot of people because they don't have enough people right now.
I'd say you're a pretty good person to have survived this tough environment. But most of the candidates don't like it. Rather than being willing to get into such a tough environment and try to adapt somehow, I'm trying to get to a company that can soft landing a little easier. That's a given.
As a result, it is difficult to hire a small company that does not have many colleagues to read or help new people.
2. The truth of the phrase "weakened out" in children these days
Many hiring managers respond by saying, "These days, the kids are weak." This means that you don't throw your whole body in a "heading position." The reason he says this is because, in the past, "I've been doing this." However, "values" are different and not something that can be "forced" by everyone.
Furthermore, these "team leaders" also say without hesitation that the company should be more considerate of its employees when their children are in this tough environment, so you can quickly see that the word "weakness" written above is just what you need to say from where you are and not the "sincere" in your heart.
3. So how should I hire a 'small company'??
You can "teach" someone who lacks experience. On the contrary, large corporations hire "new recruits" and train new employees for as little as three months to as long as a year to help them run away from the skills needed for their companies. Smaller companies, however, skip this and look for candidates who can use it right away on the "actual" basis. That's how you can hire someone, but it's also true that the results are often not very good.
Conclusion
Lower the number of "necessary years" on the "qualification requirements" and select candidates who may lack "experience" if they fail to hire a position. If only "people" are smart and the personality is right, then they can be deployed before a long time passes.
Without doing so, only candidates who can be deployed immediately are not "employees" and only negative thoughts such as "the children are weak and missing" are constantly occurring.
