​

이력서를 접수 한 뒤 어느 정도 시간이 지나면 서류전형이 통과 되는 경우, 면접을 보자는 요청을 받게 됩니다. 그러면 서로간에 맞는 시간을 골라서 면접을 진행하게 되는 데요. 그때 어떤 시간을 선정하는 것이 제일 유리할 까요?? 시간은 별로 상관이 없을까요??

 

1. 최대한 이른 시간을 선택하라

​

예을 들어 "화,수요일에 면접을 진행하고 싶은데, 몇시쯤이 편하세요??" 라고 인사부에서 연락이 왔다고 해보죠. 이런 전화를 받으면 가장 흔한 경우는 자신의 일정표를 확인하고 나서 적당한 시간을 골라서 "이 시간 정도가 좋아요"라고 말하는 경우가 많습니다.

 

그러나 만약 당신이 그 회사에 꼭 합격하고 싶은 마음이 강렬하다면, 만사를 제쳐 놓고 무조건 '화요일 오전9시' 즉 가장 이른 시간을 선택 하세요. 이론 상으로도 그렇고 제 경험 상으로도 그렇고 맨 처음 면접 본 사람, 혹은 두번째로 면접을 본 사람의 합격확률이 아주 매우 높습니다.

 

왜그럴까요?? 그것은 면접관도 사람이기 때문에 여러 후보자를 본 뒤에는 '후보자와 후보자'를 비교하게 되지만, 맨 처름 혹은 두번째에는 미리본 후보자가 없기 때문에 그야말로 객관적으로 '채용요건'에만 충실하게 후보자를 보기 때문 입니다. 더구나 '아침'이란 '오후' 보다 이성과 감성이 모두 플레쉬 하기 때문이기도 합니다.

 

2. 이른 시간이 다 찻다면 어떻게 해야 할까??

만약 (예에서) 화요일 첫번째 순서나 두번째 순서가 이미 다 찻다면 세번째 순서를 선택하지 마시고, 그 다음날 첫번째 순서를 선택 하세요. 왜냐하면 아침이기 때문에 면접관의 몸과 마음이 플레쉬 되어 있어서 상대적을 많이 객관적인 경향이 있습니다.

 

그 시간도 이미 다 찻다면, 점심시간 바로 다음 시간을 선택하세요. '12시~1시' 가 점심시간이면, 1시반에 시작하는 '점심' 후 첫번째 면접 시간을 선택 하시라는 말입니다. 왜냐하면 누구나 '식사' 후에는 '식사' 전보다 덜 예민하고 몸도 좀 느슨하면서 마음도 좀 너그러워지기 때문입니다.

 

3. 시간이 안되면 연기를 요청해도 될까??

​

맨 처음 한번에 한해 '연기'를 요청해도 됩니다. 누구나 자기 일이 있는 사람들이기 때문에 '그날' 다른 일이 있을 수 있습니다. 그러니 '정중하게' 그날 사정이 있다고 말하면 다 이해해 드립니다.

 

그러나 그 연기 요청에 '두번' 이란 없습니다. 첫번째 요청을 '연기' 한 사람이 두번째 요청에 또 '연기'를 말하면, 인사부에서 가장 중요하게 생각하는 '입사의지'를 의심 받게 되기 때문에 대부분의 경우 다시는 연락이 안오게 됩니다.

 

그말은 '당신'을 떨어 트리고 다른 후보자를 면접 보기 시작했다는 말입니다.

 

4. 외모가 면접에 영향이 있을까??

​

있습니다. 영화배우를 뽑는 것이 아니라면, 매우 잘생겼거나, 예쁘거나, 키가 크거나, 몸매가 아주 훌륭하거나, 목소리가 성우 처럼 좋거나 그럴 필요는 없습니다만, 그래도 가능한 깨끗한 이미지는 남기는 것은 중요합니다.

 

옷이 지저분 하다든가, 미처 면도를 못했다든가, '신발'이 더럽다든가 이런 것은 좋지 않습니다. 제일 좋은 옷과 신발과 가방을 꺼내 입고 들고, 머리를 단정하게 매만지고, 너무 진하지 않은 화장을 하는 것이 좋습니다.

 

그리고 쓸데없이 잘 웃으면 도움이 됩니다.

 

5. 결론

​

가급적 첫번째로 면접을 보세요. '첫번째'라는 강렬한 인상을 남길 수 있고, 또 객관적인 평가를 받을 수 있습니다.

If you pass the document screening process after some time has passed since you applied for your resume, you will be asked to have an interview. Then, you will choose the right time for the interview. What time would be the best choice? Does time matter??

 

1. Choose the earliest possible time

Let's say, "I'd like to have an interview on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. What time is convenient for you?" This is the most common time you receive a phone call that you check your schedule and choose the right time to say, "I like this time." 

However, if you are strongly tempted to get accepted to the company, set aside everything and choose the earliest time, which is 'Tuesday at 9 a.m.'. In theory and in my experience, the first or second interviewer has a very high chance of getting accepted. 

Why is that? Because interviewers are people, they compare "candidates and candidates" after seeing multiple candidates, but because there are no candidates in the bare form or the second, they are objectively faithful to their "employment requirements." Moreover, "morning" is more refreshing than "afternoon."

 

2. If someone already took the early hours, what should I do??

If the first or second order on Tuesday (in the example) is already complete, do not choose the third order, but the first order the next day. Because it is morning, the interviewer's body and mind are flushed, so they tend to be relatively objective. 

If that time is already full, choose the next available time for lunch. If 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. is lunchtime, then choose the first after-lunch interview that begins at 1:30 p.m. Because everyone is less sensitive after eating, a little more relaxed and generous in their minds.

 

3. If you don't have time, can I ask for a postponement??

You can request a postponement for the first time only. Because everyone has their own business, " that day" could happen differently. So if you "honestly" tell them you have one, they'll all understand. 

However, the postponement request does not have a "double." If one person "delays" the first request and "delays" the second request, most of the time you will never hear from them again because they will suspect the most important thing in HR. 

Which means you dropped 'you' and started interviewing other candidates.

 

4. Does appearance affect the interview??

Yes. Unless you're looking for a movie star, you don't have to be very handsome, pretty, tall, tall, have a great figure, or have a voice that's as good as a voice actor, but it's still important to keep a clean image as possible. 

It's not good if your clothes are dirty, you haven't shaved, or your shoes are dirty. It's a good idea to take out the best clothes, shoes and bags, carry them, smooth out your hair, and wear makeup that isn't too thick. 

And it helps if you laugh unnecessarily well.
