Overview
My second favorite candidate as a headhunter is "the one who buys me something delicious," and my favorite is "the one who pays me to buy something delicious." (Kidding)
Of course, I don't necessarily like being bare-lipped, but even so, it's better to say "thank you" or "call me" or e-mail me once, or someone who doesn't say anything and doesn't answer the phone well just because they're done with work, I feel a little betrayed and don't like it.
Candidates disappearing without a word
It's a little better, though. My least favorite is the ghostly people who simply quit their jobs and disappear before the warranty period ends.
It's a personal affair, so "it could all be" right, but it would be nice if you could call me at least once, and I'm sorry, but I feel a little bad. (I'm being blamed by HR for now, and I have to return all the fees, but he walks away without saying a word.)
conclusion
It's all about people and people. In the meantime, things like this can get tangled up and unusual things can happen. Whenever you do that, if you feel sorry for each other, you can communicate with each other and say things like this and that, and there are no misunderstandings. I don't think it's a good thing that you don't even answer the phone if you disappear without making any noise.
